Free-standing Tulip 06/17/2010
I learned a new flower today. I've made one similar before but this one is more full and makes a very nice simple centerpiece. What do you think of it? I made it with 160-size balloons so it's sort of dainty and delicate. I really like it. I'm calling it a tulip.  Add Comment | Chicken Chatter
